Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

At Education Adda (SPN EDUCATION ADDA EDUTECH LLP), we want you to have the best learning experience. Please read our refund policy carefully as it differentiates between Physical Books and Digital Courses.
PART A: PHYSICAL BOOKS
Returns and Replacements
- Eligibility: We accept returns/replacements ONLY if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book.
- Timeframe: You must raise a return/replacement request within 5 days of receiving the delivery.
- Process: Please email us at info@educationaddaindia.com with your Order ID and photos/video of the damaged book.
- Resolution:
Replacement: Once approved, we will ship a fresh copy to you. The replacement product will be shipped and delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will initiate a refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel a book order before it has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
PART B: ONLINE COURSES (DIGITAL)
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the content (Video Lectures, Test Series), all sales for Online Courses are final.
We do not offer refunds once the course access has been granted, as the content is considered “consumed” upon access.
We recommend checking the free demo videos or course syllabus before purchasing.
2. Exceptions
A refund may be considered strictly in cases where a double payment was made for the same course due to a technical error.
PART C: REFUND TIMELINE (COMMON)
If a refund is approved (for physical books or double payments):
Processing Time: The refund will be initiated by our team within 24-48 hours of approval.
Credit Time: The amount will be reflected in your original mode of payment (Bank/Card/UPI) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
