Thank you for shopping at Education Adda. As we sell both physical books and digital courses, please read the policy below relevant to your purchase.

PART A: PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (BOOKS)

Processing Time

All book orders are processed and packed within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) of receiving the order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timelines

We partner with reputed courier services to ensure timely delivery.

Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Remote Locations: Delivery may take 7 to 10 business days depending on courier accessibility.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your book is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the Tracking ID and the courier partner’s name. You can track your package on the courier’s website.

PART B: DIGITAL PRODUCTS (ONLINE COURSES)

Immediate Delivery

Unlike physical books, Online Courses, Test Series, and E-books do not require physical shipping.

Access Timeline: Access to the course content is granted immediately (or within maximum 2 hours) after successful payment.

You will receive a confirmation email with login details or instructions to access the content on our dashboard/app.
